It strengthened its presence in the market with the acquisition of a plant for the production of bituminous mixtures in 1996.

The exploration of the company is carried out in the “Pedreira Alto da Touça” with the number of quarry 5717, located in the parish of Touça in the municipality of Vila Nova de Fôz Côa. The object planned for the company, was the “Exploration and transformation of Granites”.

The company has been dedicated to the supply of elements used in the civil construction and public works infrastructures since the foundation. To achieve this objective over the years, the need for a technical approach to the normative references associated with the product became evident in order to comply with the Community Construction Products Directive.

 So, it was necessary to get the CE Mark for manufactured products. In May 2009 we got the one for aggregates or inertia approved. An ongoing commitment to quality implemented in the Factory Production Control System has guarantee the CE Marking of its aggregates with certificate No. 1515-CPR-02, valid until 20-05-2021 ..

In a perspective of maximizing means and improving its positioning in the Value Chain where it operates, the company provided itself with adequate infrastructure and started to produce bituminous masses since the end of 1996.

With a current staff of 8 employees, its main customer is Gualdim Anciães Amado e Filhos, Lda, one of the group companies.

The company is in the process of implementing the NP EN ISO9001: 2015 quality management framework, intending to obtain the certification of its Management System soon.

The expansion of the exploration area to an area of ​​165295 m2 is also in the licensing phase, and the Licensing process is in the Environmental Impact Study phase.
